Services in Detail

Strategy – I support my clients in establishing their customer experience objectives, performing industry and competitive benchmarking & developing the business case for the most appropriate operational, business and relationship management strategies. My detailed and integrated strategies are based on thorough customer and industry studies, experience and analysis. Idevelop detailed delivery plans that could include refinements or alignment of customer touch-points, requirements for new or enhanced operational processes for experience delivery, management and measurement across projects.
Operational Support – My experience across both Operators and Service Providers enables me to view Operational requirements from a broader viewpoint. By being able to see the needs and requirements not only cross functionally but across business needs, I am able to cut through the fog of Operational issues to deliver the solution which is right for the customer.  Thus giving my customers what they need in the most cost effective and efficient manner.

Program Management & Implementation – I am a highly experienced and high performance Programme Manager lable to design, lead and execute the adopted strategies. The execution plans are driven from well developed models that include all or some combination of:

  • Detailed project plans (milestones, timeline, resources)
  • Contingency plans and Risk Analysis and Mitigation Planning
  • Organisational design
  • Transformation Plans
  • Business processes and Re-engineering
  • Change Management techniques
  • Performance metrics (SLA, KPIs)

Coaching and Mentoring – I have mentored a number of personnel at various levels successfully, creating for them promotions in their businesses and maximised both their potential and value to their business.

Experience – I have a robust record of innovative leadership where I have advised the C-suite and the Executive Management of customer-facing organizations on innovative business solutions and efficiency savings, relationship management strategies and supporting  investments. As a Managing Director for several business across Europe I have delivered significant growth through diversification and clear business strategies.   I have have delivered significant value through effective programme management of complex programmes and designed and implemented a number of key innovative strategies and solutions saving significant £multi millions.
