Ken Jones Consulting offers you a free  consultation to all potential clients . If I am of the opinion that your strategies and tactics are soundly based I will say so. However if I believe that there are some areas in which I could help I will prepare a free short Strategic Report.

The Strategy Report is then discussed with you at a second meeting. Any proposals in the report will have fixed prices with no hidden charges hourly fees or expenses. You know exactly what it will cost before you consider going ahead.

I must stress that both of the initial meetings are completely free of charge and without any obligation to proceed. At worst you may gain an outline of where I believe your company might move forward from its current position. At best the meetings could lead to improved strategic direction leading to enhanced profitability for your business.

Successes

  1. Designed and Implemented a large and complex transformation project for a Blue Chip client saving in excess of £10 million pa, from an annual spend of £30 million pa
  2. Designed and Implemented a transformation project for an NFM client, implementing a 3 month transformation plan from an incumbent into a live status, completing the first months live delivery with 100% against all SLA/KPI’s
  3. Programme Managed a failing Programme to a successful year end delivery on all KPI’s (Quality/Delivery/Opex and Capex targets) – budget of £20 million Opex and £50 million Capex
  4. Appointed MD to a failing services business in Holland and transformed the business from a £750k business losing money month on month into a £10 million turnover and 15% profit
  5. Designed and Implemented successfully an organisational change programme from a 3 Regional structure to a single National structure, saving a headcount of >100 with no impact to delivery or quality
